How Do I Place An Order?
It's simple! Just click on the item you are interested in. Use the drop down boxes and comment field to customize and add to cart.
Payment and Shipping
We accept credit, applepay, and paypal. If your using local pickup or drop off cash and venmo are also accepted.
We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. Our items are made to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for your order to ship. You will receive notification and tracking information via email.
Shipping will depend on the size of your order you can see the prices at checkout
Any order over $100 ships free!
Returns & Refunds
We do not accept returns or cancellations on custom or personalized orders unless they are received damaged. In that case please contact us immediatly.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
At thecellarcraft each piece is handmade to order using quality materials. We truly want you to be happy with your purchase.
We strive to make each piece with the time, care and quality we would expect for ourselves knowing that you will be wearing this item or displaying this piece in your home.
Additional information for wood signs:
Natural wood has variations and knots therefore no two products will look exactly the same.
To protect outdoor product from the elements we suggest using a protective finish. It is recommended to reapply each year to lengthen the life of your wood sign.
Washing instructions for apparel:
Turn inside out: Washing and drying inside out prevents friction that can cause peeling or abrasions.
Use mild detergent: Avoid detergents with additives, bleach, or that promise to "whiten" or "fight stains". "Green" detergents are also usually too corrosive for HTV.
Choose the right temperature: High temperatures can weaken the adhesive or cause abrasion
Dry on low setting and do not use fabric softener, dryer sheets are ok.
If the HTV was applied with the correct temperature, time, and pressure, it shouldn't peel. However, excessive washing, high heat settings, or rough handling can weaken the adhesive bond over time.
